A woman who discovered that she had a bra strap sticking out of her bra on a plane said she is grateful to have been able to remove it.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was traveling from Germany to New York on Sunday when she spotted the strap sticking up from her seat and thought it was just a normal bumpy area.
But when she noticed that the strap was sticking up in her seat, she knew something was wrong.
The flight attendant noticed the strap in her breast pocket and alerted the cabin crew, who rushed her to the plane’s restroom.
“The flight attendants were very helpful, and I’m very thankful that they were able to do the work,” she told CNN.
“They told me that they had removed the strap and they were waiting for the flight to arrive, so that I would be able to put it back in.”
The woman said the strap still stuck out, and she was told it would take up to five minutes to replace it, but she said the attendants were great.
“It was a lot of pain, but I’ve been very grateful,” she said.
“I’m glad to have found this solution.
I really feel like the flight attendant was very helpful and they did a great job.”
She said she has not noticed any damage to her breast tissue or bruising since her removal.
