North Dakota is set to become the second state to allow electric skateboards, and that could come at a cost.
The Electric Skateboard Company will begin operating in the state by the end of 2019.
The company is currently based in Fargo.
The company has already been licensed in several states, but has yet to officially enter the North Dakota market.
North Dakota law allows a private company to manufacture and sell electric skate boards.
It is also legal to sell electric skates through a local retailer and online.
The state has already approved an electric skateboarding ordinance, but that is subject to a review.
The state already has rules governing the sale of skateboards and electric skate trucks.
In the past, the state has restricted the sale and use of electric skate buses, which the company is building.
The electric skate board is a very popular device in the sport of skateboarding.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is responsible for more than 1.3 million injuries and 4,600 deaths in the U, and nearly 4,400 deaths from motor vehicle accidents in the United States.
The electric skate bus, or the electric skate, has also been linked to more than 200 deaths in 2014, according to the CDC.
The North Dakota law does not specifically ban the sale or distribution of electric skate boards.
Instead, it prohibits sales and use within 100 feet of any school, college, or other public place.
In addition to the electric skated skateboard ban, the bill prohibits the sale, use, or distribution to or from anyone under the age of 18.
It also prohibits the purchase, sale, transfer, or use of an electric vehicle unless a vehicle is registered under the state’s vehicle registration program.
The bill also prohibits a private entity from selling or leasing an electric skater, electric mustangs, or electric skate-board to a third party without first obtaining a state license or obtaining the approval of the North Dakotas Department of Environmental Quality, which is also responsible for regulating the sales of electric vehicles.
